RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads, defines and executes change management, training and communication plans that allow the transformation associated with finance projects.
  • Identify training tools, create or lead the creation of the key points of each message (change, communication and training), supervise their deployment in the 6 countries of Central America.

  • Execute the portfolio according to the strategy, ensuring adequate communication and change management to achieve adoption of the change.
  • Guarantee the optimal execution based on the triad of time, scope and cost (it means not exceeding in time, scope or cost).
  • Review, understanding and effective communication of the impact of new processes, policies and legislation, and implementation of strategic initiatives to address changes in processes and policies.
  • Train in aspects that change the root of the project, to reinforce the proper process, teach new skills and educate associates on new technological tools.
  • You will use company approved tools, for example Enable Now.

  • Creation and execution of a change management plan associated with finance projects.
  • Internal coordination of the implementation of the communication plan, both for the internal and external audience, through the establishment of a calendar and its monitoring, including milestones and key deliverables.
  • Identification of impacts to the changes that each project will bring through the analysis of the change.
  • Creation of online communication material with corporate logo, image and colors.
  • Establish the foundations to adhere to the highest standards of ethics and integrity according to values, promoting open communications and fostering the open door policy.
  • Propose, analyze and require the use of agile principles within finance, via agile project management methodologies, to lead agile transformation efforts in the organization.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor in Pedagogy, Human Resources, Psychology or Communication.
  • Studies in Projects / Prosci / AIM / Change Management.
  • 3 years of proven experience in organizational change processes, communication, resistance to change and delivery of executive presentations for reporting of results, as well as training for diverse audiences impacted in their operations by change within the project.
  • Organizational change management experience.
  • Delivery of presentations, trainings, communications and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in projects with diverse audiences.
  • Tools : Project Management, Excel, Power Point, MS Office, Zoom. Desired SAP.
  • High Level of Assertive Communication, Management of conflictive situations.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Positive attitude focused on the execution and successful delivery of the project phases.
