Secure Access (IAM & Security) Expert
Reporting to the Secure Access Head, the Secure Access Expert provides expert knowledge within the Identity & Access Management and IT Security areas to the organization.
In this role you will be involved in the execution of key strategic programs in the IAM and Security fields, providing consultancy and expertise, acting as a catalyst for success and leading the organization from a technical perspective.
Secure Access is a global organization, part of IT Operations. You will work closely with the IAM Integrated Service Owner, Architecture, Engineering, Security Governance and IT Quality organizations to ensure an operational perspective is provided and delivered solutions and services are fit for business uses and purposes.
Your main responsibilities are
Provide technical knowledge and expertise contributing to define strategy and technology roadmaps.
Collaborate with IAM Integrated Service Owner to assess needs and define services delivered to the customers.
Support SA Head and SA Leadership Team with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Oversees and performs analytical, conceptual and problem solving activities to a single or a set of accounted solution components for typically one technology domain.
Provide consultancy to projects and initiatives, running both inside and outside Secure Access, in the fields of IT Security and Identity and Access Management.
Ensure that operational perspective is taken into account when designing new solutions and services to deliver sustainable, fit for use and fit for purpose capabilities to the organization.
As a member of the SA Extended Leadership Team, provide leadership and contribute to the strategy definition and the evolution of the Secure Access organization.
Actively contribute to the technological components lifecycle management, explicitly including deployment, upgrade and decommission of components.
Actively coach and provide guidance to other specialists in the organization
Relevant concepts of ITIL, GxP and Project Management are understood, implemented and followed. These include Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Qualification & Validation and Project Management.
Actively focus on own self-development in creating actionable plans to improve.
