Role :

The ICSA Management team is a dedicated role as part of Citi’s Third Party Management (TPMO) program. The ICSA Officer will have the following core responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities :

  • Manage ICSA (Intra-Citi Service Agreement) related activities
  • Ensure that an ICSA covers all Intra-Citi Services if required or advisable under local or U.S. Tax Law or other laws and regulations

    Key Responsibilities include :

    Create and manage Citi inter-affiliate documentation including ICSA documents.

    Execute governance strategies in line with the organizations business strategy and objectives

    Assesses systems for compliance with data governance policies and standards. Work with all areas of the business to ensure data quality and integrity

    Work with stakeholders to understand information needs, identify suitable data and collaborate on projects

    Proficiently use the tool to pull and work on the large data

    Assist the business to reconcile transactions with legal agreement

    Understand the business services provided to affiliates and the countries where services are provided. Ensure compliance with and monitoring of changes in applicable country laws as stated in Country Addenda’s

    Ensure that the pricing methodology used for all Intra-Citi Services has been reviewed by Citi Tax to ensure it meets arm’s length pricing for all cross entity / cross border Inter affiliate charges.

    Ensure that, in consultation with the local or Citi Tax, all Intra-Citi Services are adequately documented in accordance with applicable local and U.

    S. tax laws, including the preparation of transfer pricing reports by an external advisor if required by law or otherwise prudent for tax risk management purposes

    Ensure that there is a complete inventory of all ICSAs

    This is a global position that will interact with multiple levels of leadership within Finance and across multiple geographic areas.

    Role will collaborate closely with Tampa and Mumbai based staff.


    Requisition Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • 5+ years related finance and industry experience
  • Strong reporting and data analysis experience.
  • Drive results with high degree of accountability; proven time and task management competencies with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Expert level with Office 2010
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Experience working with large volumes of data (sourcing, aggregation, organization, analysis and reporting)
  • Flexible, adaptable, responsive, positive
  • Ability of handling multiple priorities with minimum direction, and meeting extremely tight deadlines.
  • Experience within a global operations or Shared Services environment preferred.
