Sales Insights Analyst - Remote
TTEC Digital is hiring a Sales Insights Analyst reporting directly into the Director of Sales Insights and will partner with senior leaders to support the overall success and growth of TTEC Digital.
What you will be doing
In this role you will be responsible for working with members of the sales teams including sales leaders to create reports, dashboards and other analytical insights on sales pipeline and performance.
You will have the opportunity to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the migration to the new CRM (MS Dynamics 365) and the deployment of the new CPQ solution.
Work with Sales teams to generate custom CRM reports and dashboards for weekly sales manager meetings and quarterly business reviews
Integrated and / or Multi-Practice Deal validation and tracking
Support Pipeline Readiness (launch readiness)
Manage tracking of special groups of opportunities
Sales Performance Reporting and Analytics including : Full Funnel Analytics (Sales) Marketing Analytics Win / Loss by Segment and Vertical Historical Analytics Strategic Planning Support Power Bi Dashboards Sales Activity Sales Productivity AdHoc Analyses
Participate in the implementation of a CPQ solution including : Configuration of pricing models, cost models, product catalogs, and other databases to support TTEC Digital products and services Development of End User Training guides Other System Administration functions as developed
Managing User Experience and Content in the Sales Operations SharePoint site
What skills you will bring :
Strong proficiency with CRM systems, data visualization / BI tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power BI).
Excellent written communication skills; primarily using MS Outlook email.
2 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM and Reporting
Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Able to work well within a cross-functional team and ever-changing environment to achieve personal and department goals
Feels comfortable to communicate with different functions and colleagues based in a global, multi-site, and multi-cultural environment
General understanding of Enterprise Cx Solutions such as Cisco, Amazon Connect, and Genesys.

Technical : Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts; proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC, MS Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power BI.
