Role & Responsibilities
Support the regional implementation of key components of the Finance Full Suite related to Data Acquisition and Mapping maintenance.
Build detail activity plans for implementation of the key components in alignment with the Regional Implementation Lead directions, execute activities and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide subject matter expertise in Data Acquisition and Mapping maintenance to the country being implemented
Drive organizational change taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities. Acts as a champion for business process changes;
act behind the scenes to craft solutions for business problems related or tangential to the project.
Partner with the project team and any other appropriate organization (GPO, other FRSS units) on driving process standardization and smooth platform implementation.
Educate the country on proper use of the different elements of the Finance Full Suite pertaining to Data Acquisition and Mapping maintenance.
Provide customized test scenarios and scripts for the country at hand based on test strategy.
Execute / review test scripts for functionality configured for the Country being implemented
Provide support to the country in UAT and defect resolution.
Complete understanding of relevant Financial Reporting Processes, Data and Platforms.
Increasingly responsible experience with financial processes and platforms.
Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
Knowledge, Skills, Expertise Deep knowledge of principles, practices and theories of Financial Processes including :
Deep knowledge of Citi Data Standards
Clear understanding of end-to-end Financial Mapping flows and reporting
Clear understanding of inbound data processing and data model
Clear understanding of Data Quality requirements
Project management / leadership experience is desired.
Pro-active in developing and implementing solutions that significantly mitigate risk.
