We’re looking for friendly people to join our Snap team as Customer Service Representatives! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
Primarily handling inbound outbound calls, answering questions for our customers
Listening to our customer needs and resolving any issues they may have
Managing multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively to customers and employees, verbally or written
Other duties as assigned by the department leadership
Fluent English level B2+ minimum
High School Degree
The ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
Must be able to complete simple math equations (add, subtract, multiply & divide using fractions, decimals or whole numbers)
Exceptional phone and customer service skills
Type 40+ wpm
Basic computer skills
Fantastic customer service skills
Must be able to work Saturdays full day
