    Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Sales Recruiter Supervisor Position Purpose Work in collaboration with the Sales Recruiting Manager in all the daily tasks.

    Reviewing and improving ways of working stablished. Guiding the Team Leads in the overall NA recruiting process for all Sales SG 1-

    4 as well as ensuring that TLs are focusing more on people management rather than operational tasks. Main Responsibilities

  • Supports Recruiting Sales Team Leads, so they can focus on people management, rather than operational tasks.
  • Support the Recruiting Manager in executing the strategy for the department to achieve the operational goals.
  • Support Recruiting Sales Leads in the relationship with the SRS, HMs, HRBLs, HRMs, etc; to ensure there is a solid partnership.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the Recruiting Team Leads to have powerful conversations with their team members to drive results.
  • Collaborates with Recruiting Manager to execute Recruiting processes and promote a teamwork collaboration enviroment bewteeen recruiting teams.
  • Establish partnership with retained talent acquisition team and stakeholders.
  • Engages with HR Manager if needed to manage escalations and issues resulting from offers or candidates process.
  • Collaborate with HR Managers, Hiring Managers and leadership request / escalations as needed.
  • Keep track of SLA / metrics and follow up with the Team Leads to make sure targets are met, escalate with leadership any risk and come up with possible solutions.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on escalations / issues to mitigate the risk of it happen again in the future following LEAN standards.
  • Actively participate in DMS 1 & 2 meetings, support the Team Leads in workload balance between recruiters and raise any concern / risks to management.
  • Deep understanding of the processes and operation to be able to come up with process improvements and solutions to any issues / challenges following the Integrated Lean Six Sigma initiative.
  • Coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports to deliver team and project goals and develop talented individuals who can move on to other HR roles or other roles in the business.
  • Responsible for the correct reporting of the teams metrics. Optimitization of reporting for Support management with any operational analysis including reports, metrics and processes analysis.
  • Collaboratively participate in creating the Sales Recruiting Team Organization a great place to work, through motivation, coaching and team activities.
  • Academic Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources other related field.
  • Full command of the English language
  • Working Knowledge

  • 2-3 years experience in HR, expertise in Recruiting, massive recruiting preferable.
  • 2-3 years experience working in global organization and / or Shared service organization (desirable).
  • Experience in implementation and management for recruiting processess.
  • Experience in Tracking Systems (Taleo, Case management systems, SAP).
  • Abilities

  • Organization planning and logistics skills.
  • High detail orientation and strong communication skill.
  • Data analysis and workload balance.
  • Vendor management.
  • Proven effective team leader, experience coaching, mentoring and facilitating discussions.
  • Client focus and experience doing root cause analysis of situations before responding to escalations.
  • High computer literate, knowledge of excel, powerpoint, reporting
  • Expertise analyzing / following up on Metrics / SLA.
