You will play a lead role in program managing various types of customer programs that will help drive the next generation business and technology transformation.

In your role, you will be required to engage cross functionally across key organizations of customer, VMware, and Partners.

Success in the Role : What are the performance outcomes over the first 6- months you will work toward completing?

  • Successfully complete multiple customer programs on time and help close deals
  • Ensure Customer is happy with the execution of the programs
  • Ensure feedback from the customer is delivered to the right teams within VMware and Partner organizations
  • What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

  • You will be responsible for program managing various types of customer programs such as Design Customer Programs, Demos, Proof-of-Concept and Network Trials.
  • As part of these programs, you will be responsible for working with various organizations within VMware, Partner and Customer organization to provide a more holistic program status.

  • You will be responsible for program managing our solution’ offering go-to-market process by working closing with the Solution Designing Team’ within VMware and the selected partners.
  • You will also be responsible for providing regular status updates on all customer programs to the Exec Leadership Team within VMWare.
  • You will be responsible for managing product gap issues with a short-term fix to ensure immediate success of these programs.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring that the long-term solution for these product gaps is fixed as part of the future product releases.

  • You will be responsible for managing the programs using the customer programs framework. You will be responsible for enhancing the framework by providing valuable feedback based on the learning from the various programs.
