The primary responsibility of the Employee Engagement / Cultural Specialist is to organize activities across the US and Canada, including leading on many of these engagement events.

You will help engage and build colleague participation and culture to meet wider global plans and goals. You will inspire others daily as you bring excitement and passion surrounding our engagement activities.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Colleague Experience Manager (CEM) to deliver programs, events and associated activities in the US and Canada to build visibility of the broader engagement goals
  • Work with Campus Activity Teams (CAT teams) and cultivate partnerships with Colleague Success networks (CSNs) to guide / provide activity and engagement support
  • Work with CEM on project management of key activities including Wellbeing strategy in NA
  • Liaise with People
