The challenge

Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers.

Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs. In this cross-functional role, your objective will be to drive discovery and adoption of Adobe Stock through Lifecycle Marketing initiatives.

You'll work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing partners, Product Marketing and Campaign teams, turning business goals into engaging customer experiences across email, in-product surfaces and push notifications.

Adobe Stock is a service that provides designers, teams and business enterprises with access to 200 million high-quality, curated, royalty-free photos, vectors, illustrations, templates, audio and 3D assets - and it's built right into Adobe desktop apps.

What You'll Do :

  • Plan and execute quarterly plans based in data and customer insights in collaboration with key members from Stock product marketing, campaign and go to market business teams.
  • Develop and launch new lifecycle marketing programs focused on acquisition and onboarding of Stock subscribers including Individuals, Teams and Enterprise while continuously optimizing and iterating!
  • Drive incremental revenue, product engagement, and active use while improving relevancy through a / b testing and personalization.
  • Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact.
  • Build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key business partners across Adobe, including marketing peers and cross-functional partners.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on experimentation and automation, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
  • Robust analytical skills and a passion for experimentation - ability to understand complex data to identifying trends and drive decision making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent our team with integrity and self-sufficiency
  • 3+ year's experience, MBA or BA / BS degree
  • Tech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model
