They grow into delivery focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or , communication and influencing skills and will be working closely with customers and sales teams across North America in resolving escalated issues and complex customer disputes.

The position will have regular contact with client s Sales Operations Organization, Account Resolution Team, and other internal client areas as well as external communication with the designated client base.

1 year of experience, CashApps experience requiredGood working knowledge of an ERP systemFluent in English, Strong communication skillsExcellent working knowledge of MS OfficeAdaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skillsDemonstrates the ability to work as part of a teamAble to work under time pressure, able to prioritise workload and meet strict , especially in the period of month quarter year end closingWORKING CONDITIONSModerate to no travel depending on project involvementOvertime and On Call may be requiredLocal holidays are observed
