The Opportunity
We are looking for a Creative Cloud Product Success Manager to join our Digital Media Mid-Market America’s Field Sales Team.
You will work directly with customers to up-sell and cross-sell Adobe’s portfolio of Digital Media offerings, develop strong customer partnerships, deliver product presentations and point of view documents, grow / close the customers renewal, drive adoption of our world-class Creative Cloud, and ensure customers realize tremendous product value from their investment
Sales Expertise
Position Adobe’s complimentary product offerings aligned to Creative Cloud ensuring the customer is engaging across Adobe’s complete Cloud portfolio and workflows such as Adobe Stock, 3D Substance among others to up-sell and cross-sell during the customer life cycle.
Upsell customers to higher level offerings as customers engage more deeply in complimentary product offers such as Team to Enterprise offerings.
Product Expertise
Maintain deep product knowledge and customer best practices across our Creative Cloud platforms.
Create and deliver product value presentations and point of view documents to customer collaborators and executives.
Align with internal stakeholders such as account managers, solutions consultants, and product marketing to guide the customer through successful purchase and launch.
Adoption & Value
Accountable for customer’s overall success with Adobe’s Creative Cloud platform including activation, engagement, adoption, expansion, health score and renewal.
Represent the voice of the customer internally to improve customer and product experience.
Identify customers at risk of deployment and create and implement get-well plans.
Expansion & Renewal
Effectively network within assigned customers to successfully support and implement the customer's deployment strategy.
Use data insights to drive scale and customer touchpoints.
Present in 1 : 1 and 1 : many events that drive expansion of customer footprint and cross-sell other Adobe solutions.
Drive document cloud pipeline generation through active customer touches and lifecycle support
What You'll Need To Succeed
Experience & Skills
4 + years relevant work experience in sales and / or customer success with preference for experience in the technology industry.
Strong history of successfully navigating customer challenges to resolution.
Strong history of sales quota or customer success metric attainment and achievement.
Previous experience working as a trusted advisor to drive business value and sales expansion opportunities.
Proven experience as a self-motivated, collaborative, and responsible professional who is passionate about exceeding client expectations.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
