This position focus on the full life cycle of recruiting
This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments and agencies.
Handle the full cycle of recruitment from beginning to end.
Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, when required.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems. (Talent Space)
Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
Documenting processes and best practices.
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
Makes the formal job offer
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Create, maintains, and files employee records.
In charge of coordinate mandatory trainings for new hires.
You Must Have
Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 3 years
Experience looking for technology positions.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (Talent Space)
Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment / employment programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online / social
Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
