What You’ll Do

Lead develop and technical expertise to support and maintain RPA solutions :

Manage the day-to-day tactical functions associated with automation programs and this includes planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring RPA projects

Provide leadership and technical expertise to a team of analysts as it relates processes, automations and productivity.

Work closely with IT to ensure that applications support continuous improvements around quality, cycle time and operating efficiency

Interact with customers as it relates to data integrity, data operations processes, reporting methods and troubleshooting / problem-solving in a timely manner

Closely monitor productivity and quality, ensuring both are consistently met and take corrective measures when needed. Maintain operating metrics

Manage Incident and change management processes

Plan and coordinate RPA Support Activities :

Plan, coordinate and attend calibration meetings with business owners and peers

Maintain an assertive communication; keep day to day effective contact with Business Owners and senior leadership teams

Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the entire team.

Participate and deliver special projects / assignments such process improvements initiatives.

Administers, orchestrates and controls the virtual workforce in the operational environment.

Ensure delivery of outcomes through automation success rate, quality and cycle times measure :

Deliver and report on savings to global operations by executing and tracking benefits of automations.

Contribute to the service improvement efforts of the team and implement changes in a positive way.

Participate in value-added planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Focused on continually improving the robots’ operational performance using the tools and technologies in place as well as improving them.

Uses advanced reporting and analysis functions based on a detailed logging system to optimize resource use and the stability of in place robots and artifacts.


Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science

5+ years’ experience in SDLC.

3+ year experience leading automation teams and projects. Team player with experience in leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

3+ years experience and knowledge about Robotic Process Automation is required.

Fully bilingual English Spanish (BELT C1).

ITIL Certified

Extra Points for any of the Following

Experience in LEAN methodology and Project Management is desired.

Excellent interpersonal conflict resolution skills

Strong organizational, interpersonal, work management, communications and analytical skills

Advanced problem solving skills
