Your work will inform marketing strategy and drive improvements to Adobe's marketing designs, from advertising to our website.
As a key member of our organization, you will lead UX research and deliver insights and recommendations that help us make our marketing experiences better for prospects.
What you'll Do
Collaborate with design teams to improve marketing experiences
Conduct heuristic evaluations of marketing journeys and provide recommended improvements.
Design and conduct UX research to better understand prospect needs and motivations and how they interact with current and proposed new marketing experiences.
Use visitor survey and analytics data to size the opportunities surfaced in your UX research findings.
Effectively communicate prospect insights and practical recommendations to help drive marketing optimization.
Actively work to influence the adoption of the recommendations.
What you need to succeed
3+ years of applied UX research experience, including crafting study designs, conducting research, analyzing data, and sharing results.
Degree in cognitive science, HCI, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience conducting in-house research and communicating results.
Strong storytelling skills.
Effective project management and organizational skills.
Expertise with DIY usability research platforms.
Experience conducting quantitative UX studies (e.g., tree tests, card sorts) to inform information architectures.
Preferred / Ideal Experience :
Expertise in user-centered design, including the creation of personas and / or consideration journeys.
Experience using web analytics and site survey data to augment primary research findings.
Experience with biometric methods (e.g., eye tracking, EEG).
Experience working with full service research vendors.
