We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who enjoys working cross-functionally with product management, design, engineering, go-to-market, and product marketing teams to dig into customer journeys and develop roadmaps and plans to drive engagement, growth, and develop the best customer experience for our customers.

Our team helps define and review the E2E customer journeys for priority Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign products and services across desktop, web, and mobile surfaces.

You’ll examine a customer’s journey from the moment they begin looking for a product solution through their ongoing use of the product(s) they purchase.

You’ll be accountable for driving success against key important metrics related to the customer experience with a keen focus on engagement and retention.

We are looking for someone who wants to execute and get results but has empathy for our customers at the same time.

As a Document Cloud Journey and Growth Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of a highly influential team with a diverse set of skills.

You'll be responsible for one of our product growth and journey roadmaps, passionate about E2E journey mapping and executing testing and optimization projects to continue to drive customer experience improvements.

This role will report to the head of Document Cloud Customer Journeys and Growth which is part of the Document Cloud business unit.

The role

  • Develop and execute on long term growth and journey strategy for one of the Document Cloud product lines, in collaboration with other cross functional leads
  • Program runs a roadmap of projects, while continuing to drive the development of ongoing roadmaps for the business
  • Provide customer and business insights (focus group, qualitative and quantitative customer insights, online behavioral, etc) to teams in order to influence and refine short and long-term customer experience strategies
  • Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a rapidly evolving environment
  • What you need to succeed

  • 5-7+ years of product marketing experience from a technology SaaS / E-commerce company
  • Strong project management skills to drive projects forward to completion
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, while staying passionate about the big picture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and communicate with credibility and confidence
  • Experience working cross-functionality with international and diverse teams : Design, Creative Services, Engagement Marketing, Search, Product Management and Engineering.
  • Fast-learner, with a positive attitude and willingness to try new things
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
