To help us with our objectives, Adobe’s global Privacy Legal Incident Response Team is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual fascinated by complex projects.

We want a teammate who thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly drive success working with multiple cross-functional partners to accomplish the critical task of helping to ensure data privacy and security.

This position will help drive the incident response process and response activities related to Security & Privacy incidents.

The focus of this role is responding to and coordinating investigation activities and driving incident resolution.

What You'll Do :

  • Co-lead domestic and global investigations of multiple high-priority incidents across internal and external organizations.
  • Coordinate response activities across multiple internal and external organizations.
  • Partner and coordinate with incident response legal counsel and stakeholder teams to draft and finalize incident reports, executive communications and customer communications.
  • Recommend appropriate remediation or mitigating controls based on findings from incidents and investigations.
  • Design, document and utilize streamlined processes that are both repeatable and scalable.
  • Coordinate specific activities with partners such as legal, security, PR and customer support during incidents and investigations.
  • Accurately and consistently track metrics and record incident data in case management system.
  • Partner and coordinate with incident response legal counsel and internal teams to conduct rigorous post-mortem processes, identify and communicate key findings to relevant parties.
  • What You Need to Succeed :

  • 3-5 years incident response experience in a large organization, specifically in the information security and privacy space.
  • Proven understanding of security, privacy and compliance fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of privacy and security regulations.
  • Project / program management skills are a plus.
  • Must have a positive attitude that aims to build relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple organizations and individuals at all levels.
  • Self-starter, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
