Outbound / Inbound calling to past due customers
Leaving messages for customers
Negotiating with the customer to resolve their delinquency
Specialty call handling including account disputes
Must be flexible with work schedule any schedule assigned after the interview process.
Must have completed High school degree
At least have a B2+ score across the board in BELT assessments
Previous collections experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Work Ethic
Strong negotiation skills
Schedules : This position will work Monday through Friday, and will likely require a night schedule between 11 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm or 10 : 00 am to 7 : 00pm
Any assessments associated to recruiting processes in the past could be valid for a 6mos period based upon business needs.

Must be in good standing, void of any current formal counseling in the last 90 days
