Job Profile Deal Management

  • Deal with Promotion Deal validation & approval requests for sales & partners;
  • Provide support via email or case management tool, working languages are English;
  • Ensure process requests per policy and keep knowledge refreshed;
  • Ensure transactions are completed within SLAs and with quality standards;
  • Exert tools and resources to guide clients and find resolutions, and collaborate with other cross-functional team to resolve the requests;
  • Different work shifts; Saturday and public holiday OT support may be required
  • Also the required skill when hiring,

  • Proficient English in reading and writing, basic spoken English skill
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Software
  • Good Communication skill, work initiative, and willing to learn
  • Passion for customer service, good team work and high responsibility
  • Related work experience in BPO is preferred.
