Execute of Credit and Collections (C2C) activities such as Credit analysis, Release orders, Collections, Disputes management, Third party collections management, Suspend / lapse or unsuspend accounts, Quality and Reporting to accomplish high standard performance.
Analyze and follow up of all activities under scope, ensuring all entries into the ERP systems are complete and accurate.
Execute operational and internal controls.
High school and / or bachelor’s degree
Advanced English Proficiency written and oral.
Candidates will be tested before setting up an interview
Additional knowledge : Customer Service Experience
Software Management : Office. SAP (desired)

What it does?
Executes the C&C processes for America s markets, applies TR leadership behavior principles.
Execute the processes within all policies, quality, Internal, External Control requirements.
Achieve all defined KPIs and SLA’s. Analyze and work towards root cause fix.
Assist team members to troubleshot issues. Supports company’s activities, be a team player and a identify opportunities to build strong liaisons with third parties.
Constant communication and build strong working relationships with internal and external customers / clients.
Performs other duties & projects as assigned.
