As Lead Digital Strategist, Mobile, you will serve as the leader of Strategy professional services for one of Adobe Consulting Services ’ largest customers in the mobile space.
You will chiefly interface with our Program & Customer Leadership teams, other services delivery leaders, and the customer’s engagement leadership team to drive alignment and awareness of strategy methodologies and engagement connection point as well as goals, value and needs of strategy consulting.
You will ensure the day-to-day engagement-level challenges are resolved with creativity and tenacity, and the highest quality of work across all dimensions of digital marketing strategy consulting including content, data platforms and insights, change management, operating model, etc .
You will build and drive success from a team of strategy consultants as you help solve this client’s most pressing problems and customer experience transformation objectives.
To do so, you will work with a range of leaders in other disciplines in our organization to drive impact, effectiveness, and value of the overall Adobe program.
More specifically, you will :
Be capable of providing full lifecycle business outcome and value realization, customer experience transformation, change management, and adoption strategy services
Leverage and influence peers and the customer with best practices for all aspects of engagement methodologies and tool sets
Drive a team to create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic alignment, value achieved and opportunities to optimize investments to create more value consistently and repeatably
Expertly communicate and advise in 1 : 1 and 1 : many environments both internally and externally
Thought leadership in sales and steering committee level conversations
Collaborate with and enable the Adobe Professional Services and Customer Success teams on a consulting approach to support success, renewal, and growth
Anticipate escalations to prevent them, and manage them when they happen
Partner with the Director, Digital Performance Strategy Services to guide this critical team
Manage operational components project management input and feedback, utilization and billability, revenue targets, etc
Exert strategic internal influence to drive outcomes during times of conflict with the customer and within our large matrixed organization

A passion for mobile
1 0 + years working within digital customer experience transformation and organizational change driven by digital CX technologies
Excels and brings gravitas in front of internal stakeholders and customer leaders
Substantive experience at a top tier consulting firm with highly technical cloud or data technologies, or within a large enterprise marketing team at a mobile or telco company
Best in class conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Experience developing team members to establish and grow relationships within a matrixed organization, with an ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge
Excellent presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding
Exemplary analytical and financial acumen
