Join Amazon’s HR team and help make a difference for all Amazonians! We are recruiting for an Exits Associate. This position is based out of Costa Rica and specializes in separations and pay as part of the employee life-cycle.
The work focuses on answering questions and processing transactions in HR systems from various contacts, including HR, Payroll, Managers and Employees.
As a member of the team, you are also responsible for providing training and communication to HR partners and Amazon employees to build consistency and encourage self-service.

Note : A full-time(40hrs) and part-time(20hrs) schedule was combined for this position. The employee will work 40 hours traditionally in February to October but may be subjected to change.
