The Opportunity
The Acrobat Reader Growth team is looking for a dynamic and versatile analyst to drive product-led growth for Adobe Acrobat Reader.
You will employ data to deeply understand Acrobat Reader customers through their entire lifecycle, with a focus on Conversion and Monetization, drive strategy, measure progress toward goals and uncover new opportunities.
You have deep technical skills, a passion for delivering compelling customer analytics, curiosity, and a desire to grow the business.
The ideal candidate excels at establishing relationships and credibility across diverse groups telling data-driven stories, is a self-starter with strong initiative, excels at verbal and written communications and is a trusted member and adviser within cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
Analyze Acrobat Reader monetization and usage data to identify and model growth opportunities and validate that new growth experiences are performing as anticipated
Use insights and data to inform strategies that increase conversion and improve the customer journey for Reader users
Monitor weekly performance, trending and provide guidance on forecasts.
Use data from multiple sources to understand customers and their in-product engagement patterns, create compelling data narratives that drive action and find opportunities to further elevate the product experience.
Partner with the enablement and product teams to enable analytics measurement across existing and new features built in the product in supporting data systems.
Prepare, consolidate, and contribute to executive presentations, telling the story of business performance and risks & opportunities, using high impact visuals with compelling insights
Partner with Regional Growth Squads and cross-functional teams across time zones to derive insights.
Partner with teams building new predictive models to understand the relationship between usage, engagement, monetization, and customer retention - and fuel the basis for Propensity frameworks.
What you need to succeed
Strong analytical skills to articulate key business and financial implications / business impact
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, and drive to results, while remaining team oriented
Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience in Tableau, TM1, PowerPoint, Adobe Analytics are preferred; PowerBI and SQL are a plus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with excellent data visualization abilities
Comfortable presenting insights and findings to a broad range of stakeholders, team members, and regional partners. Ability to tell data driven stories in a clear and concise narrative.
Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect other regions and projects connecting the dots.
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
BS / BA with 8+ years’ experience in one or more of the following : analytics, ecommerce, software, high tech. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
