    Then the Senior Solution Engineer, Business Development role is for you.

    Working with Business Development Managers (BDM), you are responsible for the technical development of our security-focused technology partnerships.

    Together with our partners, we deliver the security solutions that protect users everywhere!

    Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain an effective relationship with BDMs and our partner’s solution engineers to qualify partnership opportunities, support sales enablement objectives, conduct product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Be part of a team that develops and reviews joint solution documentation and works on tasks as part of an overall solutions development project.
  • Responsible for upholding F5’s business code of ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the code or other company policies.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • You enjoy focusing on learning, teaching, collaborating, mentoring, and growing, not only personally but also within the team and beyond.
  • A high degree of technical curiosity and passion; super-strong collaborative skills, project management, relationship building, and EQ.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, GRE, TCP / UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSL / TLS, bot, and fraud mitigation solutions.
  • Proven writing skills, with an emphasis on deployment guides, how-to guides, technical enablement materials, and blogs.
  • Great interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technology simply.

  • Qualifications

  • BS / BA or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting technical, sales and / or partner-led sales of enterprise applications and cyber-security solutions to corporate accounts.
  • 4+ years of collaborating on the creation of technical solutions and crafting technical documents.
  • Relevant networking or security certifications are helpful.
