The Technical Support I will be the first point of contact for most customer inquiries. This person needs to be very organized to keep track of the cases and respond to every single request on a timely and effective manner.

The candidate on this position needs to be a quick learner and proactive technician to collaborate efficiently with the team.

R esponsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers by email, chat and telephone.
  • Provide product application technical support and solutions to customer problems.
  • Provide accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Work on special projects assigned by the team lead.
  • Troubleshooting and provide solutions to warranty and quality issues.
  • Keeping files and quotes current and organized.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum experience : 0-1 year
  • Technical Experience : Not Required
  • Education : Engineering Student (1-2 years) in any of the following disciplines Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or Chemical*
  • English Level : B1
