    Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Compensation Team Lead Americas Responsable for the team who will be supporting the Organization changes by performing the Job evaluation according to the Hay Job Evaluation Methodology.

    Accountable for coordinating and supporting the Compensation strategies implementation through market survey analysis / studies, ensuring the internal equity, market competitiveness and corporate policy in order to attract, engage, reward talented people and support the company’s growth plan. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach & train direct reports on activities related to Compensation tasks (e.g. Job Evaluations, Salary Surveys, Salary Planning)
  • Provide day to day guidance to the Compensation specialists / analysts on customer service, time management, workload organization.
  • Manage escalations from the processes under scope
  • Monitor performance and customer satisfaction
  • Drive operational efficiency and focus. Identify potential efficiencies in the compensation processes.
  • Build an effective group of Compensation Specialists to deliver top class services
  • Act as member of Global JEC for Americas & Global Functions
  • Oversee and support delivery of processes related to data management in systems. Ensure effective use of enabling technology (SAP, Success Factors, Service Now)
  • Coordinate annual salary and ad hoc survey delivery with vendor, collects survey data and provides to requestor.
  • Coordinate the data quality revision, validation check of salary range and merit matrix settings; conduct the annual salary planning.
  • Leverage Advance knowledge in Compensation Tools (e.g. Salary Planning, Salary Increase templates)
  • Coordinate the implementation of local and regional Compensation processes / programs such as Blue Collar s Annual Salary increases
  • Work in partnership with CoE to monitor the compensation package, continuously analyzing the compensation package efficiency in terms of quality, competitiveness, costs and alignment with local market practices.
  • Support the CoE to create feasibility studies for implementation of new designs or compensation programs / tools
  • Administration associated with Vendors (Consultants) across Americas
  • Academic Knowledge

  • University degree or related required or applicable experience (All majors accepted; Human Resources, Business, Finance or others related areas)
  • Working Knowledge

  • 2 to 3 years of experience coordinating small teams (3 to 5 people)
  • Experience with Compensation Administration (4 - 7 years)
  • Experience with job evaluations (Hay) with Hay Group Certification, salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis
  • Experience with managing mid sized projects
  • Experience with cost modeling; SAP experience
  • Experience with Merit increase and Incentive calculation and payout across Region will be a differencial
  • Abilities

  • Proficiency in Excel (critical)
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail (critical)
  • Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills required
  • English & Portuguese language fluent, multi-lingual with strong written and verbal communication skills - business fluent
  • Experience working in different time zones / global org; Experience / knowledge of local work concils
  • Strong customer service orientation; Self-directed, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload
  • High operational excellence
