This position is responsible for working with a cross-functional team focused on delivery of engagements & technology initiatives for one of Cadence’s largest customers.

Excellent communication skills are required as there is regular interaction with Cadence senior management and the customer, involving technical status and schedules.

This is a high visibility position requiring close collaboration with Cadence Sales, Field and R&D Teams.

Responsibilities :

Partner with senior PM to lead cross-functional team, ensuring all deliverables are successfully managed, executed, monitored and controlled such that customer success and satisfaction are achieved.

Manage processes to ensure adherence to customer security requirements.

Manage processes to ensure operational efficiency for customer and Cadence.

Create, maintain and track project plans and schedules, activities and issues associated with customer engagements.

Drive engagements (internal or external) to completion in accordance with schedule and scope. Report status and other metrics related to the activity.

Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve issues.

Contribute to best practices and operations / process efficiency improvements.

Position Requirements :

Requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in electrical or computer engineering, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.

The ideal candidate possesses experience working with customers and cross-functional teams to drive customer success. Background in IC design, SOC verification, RTL or IP development considered a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects. Strong communication / presentation, assessment and analytical skills a must.

Proficiency with MS Office suite required. Experience with Cadence design tools is a plus but not a requirement.

Not an entry level position. Requires current US Work Authorization.
