Contributor to customer conversion projects from planning to delivery
Validating customer requirements to make it a successful project
Collaborate with customer, account team to define project deliverables
Collaborate with internal and external project team members to ensure full understanding of each task
Successful and on time delivery of assigned task
Install and configure Sabre standard products.
Design customize trainings, conduct onsite and / or virtual training for customer agents
Customer virtual onsite assistance with floor walking in a day to day working environment
Work closely with regional delivery team, customer support teams and across all operational verticals.
Qualifications
C-HS Graduate or Equivalent
2 years minimum of hands-on GDS experience; functional Sabre knowledge is a plus
Strong verbal, written communication and listening skills
Proficiency in creating and delivering formal training programs and presentations
Fluent English speaking is a must; ideally second language Spanish or Portuguese; further languages a plus
Additional Information
Team player with experience of working with different cultures in a global environment
Some experience in customer implementations, project management experience
Preference for functional and technical experience on customer facing functions primarily focused on technical troubleshooting and / or system support and / or analysis
