Experian is seeking a to manage the team responsible for promote to production, ensuring appropriate run books are developed with Build teams and that service configurations are documented.

Additionally, this position will manage end-to-end activities to gain service acceptance and transition to production (i.

e., pen / vulnerability testing), with accountability to the SLAs.Other responsibilities will include :

  • Manage team responsible for effective handover of solutions to Service Managers and supports transition. Submit solution to CMDB, and ensures SLA adherence.
  • Manage end-to-end activities to transition repeatable solutions to Infrastructure Build Factory.
  • Promotes and monitors project quality outputs to ensure they are fit for purpose and fit for use within operational service and the standards.
  • Actively engages with technical design and project managers to promote awareness and compliance with service transition quality plans and processes.
  • Agrees the service acceptance criteria with project / program managers.
  • Uses the tools and techniques for specific areas of release and deployment activities.
  • Use automated test / regression capability to validate the services being moved into production.
  • Change agent committed to continuous process improvement, productivity, automation and quality mindset across team. Plays role in educating the build team on new processes and modification of processes.
  • Work with build leader to provide improvement suggestions to Build Factory.

  • Provides ongoing leadership, coaching, mentoring, training, professional development and support to achieve organization objectives.
  • Responsible for formal processes including staff salary planning, personnel actions, and performance management process.

  • Maintains knowledge of the internal and external technology environment.
  • Qualifications :

  • BA / BS in technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years functional experience
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience
  • Process / governance background in a quality assurance or development area
  • Strong communication skills at multiple levels of an organization (business sponsors, executive leadership, front line employees, etc.)
  • Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
  • Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
