The Digital Media (DME) Product Operations Manager will have a passion for complex problem solving, the ability to work across multiple functions and business units, and exceptional communication skills at all levels of the organization.

This role will be responsible for helping evolving and managing the company-wide Service Life Cycle (SLC) process to improve efficiencies.

This process brings consistency to executive level reviews, portfolio management, and planning as well as a communication framework and reporting structure of company level strategic priorities, roadmaps, and progress in delivering against those priorities all of which roll up to the CEO and Executive Team.

While being directly responsible for the Digital Media business unit, this role will work closely with partners and executives across all Adobe business units to ensure company-wide consistency.

What you’ll do

  • Define SLC framework and paths each team follows to meet release timelines including the review plan for MAX
  • Coach teams on effective SLC practices and reviews
  • Attend reviews to represent the overall portfolio and framework, ensure teams follow process and stay on track and executive comments are captured
  • Collaborate with members of the team to develop and rollout ongoing improvements to the SLC process
  • Effectively communicate and educate executive staff and the broad organizations on process changes, effective SLC business practices and and improvements
  • Partner with cross-Business Unit partners for company-wide consistency and ongoing efficiencies
  • What you need to succeed

  • 10+ year of experience in Operations management and / or Program Management.
  • A strong ability to reinvent existing processes to be more effective while obtaining support & buy-in from teams involved
  • Must have a passion for creative problem solving, out-of-the-box thinking and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership presence
  • Able to proactively identify areas of improvement, take the lead, and actively drive change
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Confident interacting across a variety of cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization
  • Driven by the challenge of adapting to change and helping lead others through change
