Expert knowledge in enterprise networking & datacenter technologies is required.
Provide escalation support for pre & post sales customers. Responsible for diagnostics and troubleshooting of Networking solutions and protocols.
Strong technical and customer service skills required.
Experience in virtualization & network automation is required. Must have passion for learning new products & next generation of networking technologies.
In a typical day as a Escalation Support Engineer, you would
Leverage domain knowledge to analyze customer networks
Work on complex problems requiring in-depth analysis.
Simulate customer topologies in lab.
Develop & deliver solutions to resolve customer problems
Work with engineering to resolve product issues
Leverage and create tools or scripts to automatically gather data
If you are
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in maintenance / troubleshooting enterprise & datacenter networks.
Advance english level.
Experience in working with customers to analyze & resolve Networking problems
Expert knowledge of IP protocols, switching & routing.
Knowledge of Datacenter architectures like spine / leaf, VXLAN, BGP EVPN is required
Knowledge of programming / scripting languages like python, API's is required
Knowledge of network automation tools like Ansible, StackStorm etc is required
Good knowledge of virtualization solutions like VMware, OpenStack, is a plus
Knowledge of Cloud Centric tools and applications AWS / Azure, Kubernetes also a plus
