This is a one-year temporary contract. The LATAM region is looking for a Marketing Professional with graphic designer capabilities to join our Marketing Team.
Reporting to Office Leadership and Marketing Leader, the ideal candidate is a positive, creative individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation and production of qualifications packages, proposals, presentation materials, new collaterals, awards submissions, and competition entries.
This position will also be responsible for graphic design and will support promotional efforts.
What You Will Do
Work with senior staff to produce proposals presentations, and award submissions in alignment with Firmwide brand standards, to support business development activities.
Maintain resources & information systems : ordering materials, updating project documentation, resumes, and image libraries.
Translate key marketing collateral (English / Spanish)
Develop all graphic materials for both internal and external events including invitations, presentations, handouts, etc.
Develop graphics for internal events and speaking engagements.
Be an integrated Marketing Team member
Manage other responsibilities as assigned
3-6 years professional experience in a marketing position, preferably for a design or professional services firm.
Experience managing significant marketing projects independently, coaching associates for presentations, and working closely with senior staff on marketing programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral
Ability to provide strategic thinking and recognize competitive advantage opportunities for Gensler, leveraging these into marketing pitches
Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator
Ability to translate Spanish to English / English to Spanish, when required (a high level of English is required)
100% bilingual English / Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills
Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica preferred
Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines
A high degree of competency with the Adobe programs, especially InDesign is a must
Qualified candidates must submit writing and graphic samples to be considered.
