Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Trade marketing coordinator for Pfizer Innovative Health for CA.

Mission

The Trade marketing manager will be reporting directly to IM Category Lead. The candidate will create with the Key Account Executives the Trade Marketing Strategic Plan and leading execution on the CA market, of all the trade IM portfolio products.

The Trade marketing manager will be managing in autonomy all strategic and operative activities on the study, launch and management of trade marketing project, collaborating with local marketing, KAEs and POPs, to ensure the business objective achievement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing Trade Marketing Strategy (Point of sales materials and in store activity, ie promo, visibility, merchandising) to support products and meet business objectives.
  • Owning and leading trade marketing activities (brief to the agency, follow the production, managing), collaborating with marketing and sales.
  • Collaborate on the business intelligence information to support the strategy.
  • Analyzing and measuring activities performance (sell-in / sell-out)
  • Interacting with sales force to present POP programs, developing materials that better support products on the point of sales
  • Setting POP materials forecasts in collaboration with Demand department and Supply Chain, for a correct stock management
  • Collaborating with Regulatory department for all the regulatory aspects of the material produced
  • Manage the Women Health portfolio
  • Be responsible of Virtual Sales Representatives
  • Qualifications

    Degree in Pharmacist, marketing or communication or a related discipline preferably

    Minimum 5 years of professional business experience in Pharma Sales

    Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word)

    Strong team working and organizational skills

    Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage and lead multiple projects in autonomy, excellent communication and problem solving skills

    Determination, positive and constructive attitude and enthusiasm are key elements to succeed in this role
