What does a great (insert position title) do?
The Client Tech Support Rep, Professional will be in a client facing position with direct interaction with client technical, operational, product and management resources.
Our clients are Financial Institutions (FIs) or ASP providers that utilize Fiserv FRMS products and services.
The associate will be in charge of managing difficult cases assigned to him / her, to complete on time, within the correct engagement and communication parameters.
The associate will have direct communication with clients, via e-mail, ticketing system, Web Conference and / or telephone, 80-90% of the time.

2+ years of experience in a customer service, technical support roleSQL Server, Oracle, SQL queries building and understanding, working Knowledge (Must Have)Windows Server experience, Linux Server experience (Both are a must have)Business MindsetGood English spoken and writtenNice to have Financial security backgroundAdvanced troubleshooting skills

Experience in self-managed positions highly desirable
Self starter, quick learner and proactive
Ability to work under pressure
Apache Tomcat experience nice to have
