Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a motivated and creative Technical Marketing Associate to help deliver engaging experiences through email, in-product surfaces, and push notifications.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, learns new tools and technology rapidly, and is comfortable in a roll up your sleeves fast paced environment.
This person also exhibits the characteristics of approachability and openness in resolving issues, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
What you'll Do
Execute email, in-product, and push notification programs using Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, and other proprietary tools.
Work with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, personalization and creative approach
Develop specialties in data management, scripting languages, API, and / or integrations
Execute advanced configuration / development activities per assigned work orders
Conduct solutions testing and validation
Support documentation process by providing applicable artifacts (code samples, screenshots, etc.)
Assess campaign performance, ensuring there are no data issues impacting results
Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required
What you need to succeed
1-2 years of hands-on technical marketing experience
Technical aptitude as demonstrated by internships, analytic projects, html experience, or other scripting or coding projects
Self-motivated with the ability to troubleshoot issues and research solutions
Experience with the retrieval and uploading of data files to / from multiple systems and environments
Experience in building stored procedures, reports, and data extracts.
BA / BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Communications or related field;
or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, ExactTarget Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or related email software and related technologies a plus
