Adobe’s Digital Media Marketing Operations team is passionate about helping
marketing team achieve exceptional annual targets through operational data projects which includes creation, development, unlocking of audiences for qualified targeting.
Our goal is to increase the effectiveness of marketing programs driven by Demand teams which includes Creative Cloud and Document Cloud B2B products.
The Data Operations Analyst will focus heavily on the full lifecycle of turning data into actionable information, defining data frameworks, implementing governance standards and practices, and contributing to all aspects of data operations.
Success in the role requires combination of experience defining data ops measurement along with hands on experience in resolving data issues, ensuring data quality and flow is maintained.
Critical role with ability to influence and establish data governance across multiple teams.
What you'll Do
You will drive operational data projects as well as assist in the creation, development, and deployment, and maintenance of data following data governance standards.
Deliver the highest levels of service to stakeholders through stitching data across multiple platforms, monitoring quality, and driving continual process improvements
Ensure data integrity of daily reporting and automation
Conduct hands on data mining and analysis for audience targeting, identify issues and improve processes
Research and resolve data questions from internal and external partners and agencies. Enhance business operations by driving the creation of policies and procedures
Assist with a variety of activities related to the daily operations of the data operations team
Communicate issues and recommendations to the Business and Compliance Teams
Work with engineering to create automated performance monitoring and reporting
Test, deploy and maintain data integrations, ETL processes, API’s and analytics solutions within our environment.
Closely partners with Solution Architects, partner teams and other data leads to create scalable and sustainable data solutions to be delivered in a repeatable manner.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent practical experience with data engineering including ETL, data warehousing and data governance roles
Excellent SQL skills required for both troubleshooting, optimizing and to providing support of the Data warehouse tools, like Hadoop, Hue, Mongo DB.
Experience with Python script writing
Familiarity with Power BI and Cloud Data warehouse
Committed, flexible, and with demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision
The ability and desire to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to converse with both internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders
Enjoy working in a team environment
Continuous integration and continuous delivery experience
Application development and platform migration experience is a plus
