In the role of Identity product manager you'll drive the strategic direction and Product Management execution required for these critical capabilities to triumph.

You will represent the Identity team and initiatives within a broad range of customer, business, technical, and leaders.

You will be part of a strong team of product managers passionate about Adobe’s Identity solutions.

What you'll Do

Come drive the vision and execution of product, business, and technology priorities, from conception to consumption by 1st and 3rd party product and engineering teams! Work across the company to establish a clear definition of value, distill this vision into measurable results, and integrating with the overall platform as well and business units.

Be the voice of the product across collaborative teams!

Do you have product management experience with broad-based services with an emphasis on building secure and scalable platforms?

With domain expertise in scalable services as well as familiarity with Identity, Account, and Authentication workflows, you're a perfect fit.

Ultimately, success will be found at the intersection of technical capabilities, eye for business, enabling great user experiences, and organizational efficacy.

This role spans both the enterprise and consumer domains and a foundational understanding of services architectures and capabilities.

This role also requires strategic thought leadership and demonstrated partner management, including :

  • Work collaboratively to create a compelling vision for how key platform capabilities integrate consistently with our offers.
  • Define and drive short-term and long-term delivery roadmaps.
  • Understand the business needs of platforms as well as various applications, driving the product planning cycle as it relates to services related to specific service capabilities.
  • Deliver measurable requirements and acceptance criteria to engineering teams.
  • Embrace expectations across customers, business, development teams, IT, Ops, Legal, Privacy, Security, and customer success.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Experience of 8+ years spanning both technical and business results in a customer facing platform space.
  • Proven ability to align business requirements with product and engineering execution. Familiarity with service based business models and business drivers.
  • Demonstrated experience with platform architectures and client / service experiences.
  • Ability to lead projects with significant technical, business and experience complexities, from concept to delivery.
  • Natural tendencies include planning long term and executing short term, data obsession, critical thinking, and systems thinking.
  • Ability to influence executive and senior level leaders regarding product vision, roadmap and work backlog priorities and trade-offs.
  • Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $128,100 - $166,400

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
