As a Release Support, Analyst, you’ll become part of our Client’s Technology Service Delivery (TSD) organization, which is tasked with the creation and operation of centralized Release Management, Change Management and Software Configuration Management functions that govern the implementation of potentially disruptive Lending Solutions product changes to all environments with the goal of ensuring they are implemented with minimal impact to Clients, internal operations and support organizations.

On a daily basis you’ll assist TSD by :

  • Coordinating, implementing and documenting software configuration management (CM) and version control of multiple applications that reside in MS Windows environments Managing Change & Release Management tasks, including, but not limited to, operating daily maintenance windows Managing risks and resolve issues that impact release scope, schedule and quality Measuring and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and within budget and that they meet or exceed expectations Leveraging existing knowledge and familiarity with industry standard tools used to deliver quality services to internal and external clients Leading strategic initiatives to improve existing Configuration Management process and strive for increased automation, efficiency and best in class’ solutioning for distributed systems Promoting effective analysis to determine root cause of application / product / services problems;
  • utilize past experience and observations to resolve issues and drive creation of best practices Troubleshooting environment and application issues on lower regions and work closely with application stakeholders to fix the issues in a timely manner Ensuring configuration management process documentation is accurate, concise and consistent and support information sharing, cross training and collaboration across the team Executing effective decision-

    making, where analysis, deductive reasoning aid in supporting productive decisions based upon informed judgment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field is required; development work experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or configuring environments on Windows Server 2008 R2 or greater and IIS 7+.
  • Hands-on experience managing or customizing Continuous Delivery / Continuous Integration using Perforce or Team Foundation Server (Build & Release Management) and / or GIT tools
  • Familiarity with scripting languages Shell, PowerShell, Batch and / or Perl
  • Have experience in basic network trouble-shooting.
  • Provide professional, clear, unambiguous, and complete written and verbal communication such that the intended audience receives information correctly.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education :

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation and research skills
  • Familiarity and experience working with enterprise software development projects.
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall Product Development Methodology(s)
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud-hosted solutions
  • Possess effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Tools & Utilities- MS Build, Install Shield, MS SQL server
  • Work Shift : IMPORTANT

    Travel required : Percentage / frequency of travel 10% or less (trainings and business meetings)
