As a senior member of the Mobile Growth team, you will be creating and executing strategies that grow the engaged customer base and long term subscription revenues for our mobile imaging apps targeted at pros and hobbyists Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fresco - by taking a customer first, data informed, and cross-functional approach to building better user experiences across surfaces and channels. Lead acquisition, engagement, and monetization growth strategy and annual / quarterly planning setting core goals, priorities, and targets.
Partner with cross functional teams across Product, Marketing and Commerce teams to execute against growth plans and rapidly iterate.
Design growth strategies for cross-app discovery, engagement, and monetization that deepen users’ engagement in our suite of mobile-centric creative pro apps.
Build business cases and lead execution on price, offer, and monetization tests and programs.
Use customer research and data science insights to identify new growth opportunities across the end to end customer lifecycle.
Support international scale by working closely with partners around the world to develop culturally relevant local experiences.
Report out regularly to partners and executives on in-quarter business performance, program updates, competitive insights, and market trends.
Champion the creative mobile users’ needs in product roadmaps, investment planning, and executive decision processes.
Qualifications / Experience
3+ years hands on experience driving engagement and monetization growth for subscription based mobile apps.
Strong experience supporting cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives. Extensive experience leading team-based projects to completion.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels. Ability to tell data driven stories in a clear and concise narrative.
Experience mentoring and managing others, with the desire to grow into a people manager and support the development of reportees.
Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to address critical business issues.
Genuine desire and drive to deliver value to our users and Adobe, and have your impact measured in real-world metrics.
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
Values collaboration and inclusivity, with the ability to thrive in a diverse, consensus- driven culture.
BS / BA with 7+ years marketing, business strategy, software, high tech, or management consulting experience. M.B.A a plus.
