The Opportunity

Do you like translating strategies into executable plans and scaling programs? We have an exciting opportunity to join Adobe’s Employee & Workplace Solutions Strategy & Operations (ESO) team to drive the optimal employee experience at scale by focusing on strategy, planning, and delivery that spans across the Employee Experience (EX) organization!

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead key cross-functional initiatives across the EX organization. Your main responsibilities will include leading projects that deliver scale, fully optimize technologies and improve experiences to support Adobe’s continued growth.

This individual will bring the right level of drive and influence to help teams execute against our key business goals and objectives.

What you’ll do

Lead all aspects of complex initiatives that drive the success of Employee Experience solutions, including applying critical thinking and problem solving to building goals and lead cross-team collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.

You will partner closely with the program teams to define, deliver and measure programs as well as :

  • Communicate regularly on status and raise critical issues and develop plans to engage the right people to remove obstacles to success
  • Build relationships with leaders and cross functional teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Drive process improvements and operational consistency for programs across the portfolio
  • Support ad hoc projects and activities to enable team success
  • What you need to succeed

  • 10 years of proven success in program or project management of high complexity initiatives in a global environment
  • Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
  • Synthesize data and effectively communicate with and influence partners and leaders to an aligned position
  • Lead through ambiguity, prioritize needs and deliver measurable results in a changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail in support of optimized support delivery.
