Job Purpose :
Lead and ensure the quality of the process and services provided for the CR Adjustments and Reporting NAM Team to
clients and partners, coordination of team members and the development and coaching of their careers and performance.
Be the point of contact for all local and external communications and request for business changes and lead all business
issues resolutions of the area.
Also this job has the responsibility to ensure the compliance of all company policy and lead and support all efforts to
optimize the process, implementations and migrations to the area.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure the quality and time delivery of all business process assigned to the team, validating the time and the date they
must be completed.
Team lead and coordination and job responsibility distribution of all responsibilities assigned to the team.
Have the checker responsibility of all outputs generated inside the area, principally in all related to month end activities.
Career development and coaching for all team members.
Training for new process migrated to the team to the members and new hired.
Coordinate the migration of new business and responsibilities to the area.
Ensure policy compliance, business needs and request assigned to the team.
Manage internal and external meetings for operational reports, closing and others.
Coordinate and motivate the reengineering efforts for all process we handle, and support the efforts of the company.
Support and lead in the resolution of all for Team issues, doubts, process, systems and others.
Represent the team inside the organization and be part of all process that involves the area.
Qualifications : Knowledge / Experience :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting (Licenciatura is a plus)
5-8 years of experience in finance.
5-8 years experience in transnational company environment.
5 years of experience in team management of complex areas.
Multiple IT system environment experience.
Coaching and carrier support team experience.
Time management experience.
Project management and implementation experience.
Skills : Fluent English.
Excellent PC Skills such as (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, etc).
Good at using spreadsheets and databases to analyze information.
Management abilities with experience in complex team activities.
Adaptability / Flexibility.
Analysis / Judgment.
