We are seeking an IT Engineer to join our Quickfire Solutions Team based in our Costa Rica office which focuses on support our Latin America-based operators.
You will be getting involved in :
Providing technical expertise and support, across the Quickfire product portfolio
Actively engaging with Latin America-based operators, developers and third-party providers
Working alongside the Latin America Account Management Team to deliver the best service & systems we can to our operators
Building strong, long-term working relationships with our operators
Resolving support issues & providing ongoing IT solutions
In-depth investigation and resolution of live incidents
Providing ongoing automation and monitoring solutions
Working closely with operators in Regulated Markets
Proven technical expertise with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, Windows Server IIS Server preferably with MCSA / MCSE Qualification
Previous experience in a support role, using a ticketing system and providing technical support at a 2nd or 3rd tier level.
A passion for excellent customer service and communication skills is a must
Bilingual in English and Spanish essential
Willingness to travel for training & operator meetings
Comfortable with hosting technical face to face meeting with customers
The ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform under pressure is essential
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and cutting-edge environment
Can work as part of a wider team but also in isolation
A can do, positive, reliable and energising attitude
