Responsibilities

  • Successful execution of projects assigned to thegroup.
  • Develop and track project schedules and ensure alldates are met, this should be aligned with Regional offices such as Brazil,Mexico, Chile, Argentina, etc
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction for groupprojects
  • Provide technical direction and engineeringsupport to team members
  • Continue developing Technical expertise of CR teamto support LAM growth
  • Support the estimation and management of projectresources
  • Work closely with project technical leader / s toverify the project requirements are met accordingly.
  • Track progress and issue weekly-monthly technicalprogress reports
  • Proactively help to develop future leaders
  • Suggest and develop improvements for products andprocesses
  • Provide Support to the department or manager in settinggoals and strategies for the group, and proactively help to identify growthopportunities for team members
  • Ensure that group objectives are aligned with Systemand Solutions objectives
  • Support performance reviews with group members andprovide inputs to track the growth of each member
  • Attend appropriate management-level meetings
  • Createand foster a positive environment for work and professional growth

    Requirements :

    2+ Years of Experience in Leadership.

    6+ Experience in automation projects.

    The position requires intermediate-advance levelof English.

    The position requires good interpersonal skillsand excellent oral and written communication skills.

    In complement is alsorequired excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.

    A good business understanding and the ability towork effectively with internal and external customers are essential

    Experience in leading a team or supervising people(directly or indirectly)

    2 years of experience with Delta V System and isrequired for this position is a plus.

    Knowledge of SCADAs, RTU, and Terminal Manager is desiredfor this position

    Knowledge in Mining, Oil & Gas and Pulp &Paper Industries is desired for this position.

    The position requires 40% travel.
