We believe when money moves, better things happen.Better starts and ends with the customerAs a part of the Agent Management team which handles Retail Money Order product and serves large agency networks in Brazil, you will take responsibility for producing accurate daily settlement, reporting, reconciliation of internal accounts, resolving exceptions, and handling other product-related processes.
You will communicate proactively with business partners and agents worldwide, analyze and respond to their inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
