As a Group Manager, driving retention for the SMB business for Adobe, this leader will build the strategy and drive key initiatives to optimize a multi-billion-dollar business for a global SaaS company.

We are looking for a self-starter who has an in depth understanding of B2B business models and key drivers of customer experience and retention.

In this role you will build, develop, and own the program roadmap for critical Retention program initiatives, continually evaluating opportunities to drive ongoing improvement and innovation activity.

Your critical thinking and analytical skills will help identify opportunities for growth, and it doesn’t stop there. As a natural leader, you will communicate priorities and work effectively with partners across senior leadership, engineering, product, finance, analytics and marketing teams.

Your drive for results will ensure we beat quarterly targets and grow the business!

Key Responsibilities

  • Use analytics and deep insights of the direct and reseller RTM to identify opportunities and build initiatives that improve customer experience and drive customer retention
  • Drive deeper understanding of key B2B journeys and partner with cross functional teams to address with product, marketing or other investments
  • Collaborate with Product teams to develop business requirements for new product initiatives
  • Drive testing roadmap and prioritize initiatives, ensuring teams are passionate about activities that will generate the highest value to Adobe
  • Own and deliver on quarterly growth targets
  • Break down barriers through exceptional relationship-building to ensure that progress is being made and objectives are met
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop a strategic framework and build an operating model to deliver sustainable growth
  • Lead and manage a team to support this business
  • Qualifications / Experience

  • BS / BA with 15+ years software, high tech or management consulting experience, with relevant focus on B2B business. MBA preferred
  • Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs. Able to prioritize activities in complex projects / programs, and influence partners, at times with limited direct authority
  • Experience managing a team, driving development of members
  • Strong project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
  • Great sense of humor
