The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Team is seeking a talented Reporting Analyst with an exceptional commitment to service excellence to join its team.
As the TA Reporting Analyst, you will be an integral member, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to drive development and delivery of meaningful metrics, dashboards and analyses;
including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the TA / HR Leadership Teams, broader HR community, as well as our global business leaders.
Candidates must have strong specialized / analytical ability and most importantly, have the ability to present data to support decision making efforts.
The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing and developing specific reporting requirements within Workday and implementing reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
Experience with the Workday Reporting tools and Power BI is required.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of new metrics, scorecards, dashboards and analyses for Talent Acquisition
Will serve as the subject-matter expert of Workday and Power BI and will play a key role in implementing Workday reporting & analytics
Prepare and analyse metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting outcomes using dashboards, charts, graphics, and tables
Ability to manipulate data to show recruiting trends on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Ability to provide commentary on reports to offer context to data and meaning to trends
Partner with IT, HRIS, and Finance teams to develop cross functional reports
Create new processes for data extraction and build automated tools for more efficient report presentation
Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting and Power BI and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

4 years+ experience in reporting analytics
Bachelor's degree as minimum
Fluent in English
Experience with recruitment Application Track System (ATS) applications with Workday Recruiting preferred
Expertise with Microsoft Office tools including strong capabilities with Excel (pivot table, analytical functions, data visualization, VBA), Power BI, PowerPoint, and Access
Experience utilizing analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making.
Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools using visual data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Experience presenting technical topics in a business-oriented fashion to non-technical audiences.
Proven experience establishing strong working relationships with a wide range of team members and clients
Proven ability to make efficient, logical decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
