Job Purpose :
This position supports the Chief Data Organization’ Strategic Initiatives team by providing a focused perspective on End-
to-End Process Mapping of Citi’s Franchise Critical Processes by :
Leading and executing the mapping of process diagrams for prioritized businesses and functions
Ensure process diagrams are in alignment with Citi’s Process Framework Standards
Manage and address queries / issues on End to End (E2E) process mapping project.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with key stakeholders and process subject matter experts across the matrix organization to document and articulate the key activities of data processing and business processes into interaction model diagrams
Support the E2E Global Lead(s) in all aspects in execution of the book of work
Ensure E2E Process Flow Framework Standards and governance requirements are met
Translate operating model, playbooks, business requirements into a process diagram
Partner with outside consultants to monitor and track the progress of mapping activities
Present completed flows to senior management independently
Work effectively with project teams / leaders across all functional areas and levels
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to meet project’s KPI
Identify and highlight key controls, systems infrastructure, process exceptions, use of end user computing tools and capture other key process attributes
5 -8+ years of relevant work experience in large financial services, consulting, shared services’ operations related or similar industry
3+ years in a process modeling / process mapping function required
4 to 5+ years of leadership and management work experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Intermediate advanced English level
Strong people management and conflict management skills
Senior management expectation and partner relationship management skills
Self-starter, quick learner, customer-focused with ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently in a fast paced changing environment
Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills must be able to present and influence across organization level and functions
Preferred) Knowledge of Citi’s Finance and Risk systems including GENESIS, Full Suite, Product Processors, General Ledgers, Reporting Ledgers
Preferred) Expertise working with Process Flow software such as IBM BlueWorks, TIBCO, etc
Ability to manage matrix organization of peers globally
Advanced expertise working with the Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
Strong attention to detail
Strong business acumen in one or more areas of finance and risk preferred
