The Division Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) is Comet’s largest division and a global leader in developing and producing high-performance Vacuum Capacitors, RF Matches and RF Generators for the semiconductor industry.
What will you do?
Design and develop real-time embedded systems on a variety of MCUs
Architect multi-processor embedded systems running a variety of RTOSs
Hold and participate in peer code reviews
Document designs and code using industry’s best practices
Collaborate with other teams on system-level designs and troubleshooting
Collaborate with the Verification team to create effective test plans
Run unit tests and debug embedded code
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years’ experience in real-time embedded system design and development
Solid understanding and experience in the ARM Cortex architecture
Solid understanding and experience in real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS
Mastery of C / C++ real-time embedded systems programming, with bare-metal experience
Working knowledge of electronics schematics and PCBA bring-up
Experience in SPI, I2C, Ethernet, and EtherCAT buses
Experience with version control, continuous integration, and continuous testing methodologies
