Project Summary and Position Overview : (A detailed description of the Project and what the Position entails must be included)
The Analyst, OTC Contributor Relations will have two primary mandates :
1. Partnership with and support of the region's Contributor Relationship Managers to aid in the onboarding of new real time data contributions
2. Expert-level support of Refinitiv's existing content contributors.
The Contributor Relations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Contributor Relations Managers in the maintenance of relationships with multi-
level contacts across real time contributed data pricing, including the onboarding and support of financial institutions in providing data contributions to Refinitiv’s products.
Day-to-day workflow will include customer service for multiple data contributors, acting as a liaison with various internal operations teams, and other supportive activities as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and excellent communication skills.
