We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Agile Product Manager with astute product insight to own applications for Cargill business units and regions.
As Professional , you will serve as a liaison between business units, technology and support teams to enable the product development.
This role interfaces with engineering and Business units SMEs to represent the voice of the customer / user and is responsible for defining, documenting and clearly articulating requirements to the delivery team.

Minimum Required Qualifications
University degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience
5 or more years successfully working as Product Owner with hands on experience DevOps, Kanban, SAFe or Nexus.
Thorough understanding of multiple System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies with an emphasis on Agile
Demonstrates solid experience on :
oDemonstrated successfully experience developing and managing new product features, including a proven ability to champion product enhancements throughout the lifecycle and through to successful launch.
oRefines backlog based on product changes, dev progress and stakeholder feedback
oClearly expresses product backlog items
oOrders the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
oEnsures that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the delivery team will work on next
oEnsures the development team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed for implementation
oIs the sole person responsible and accountable for managing the Product backlog
oCollaborates in development of the Sprint / Iteration Backlog, and setting of the Sprint Goals
oDecides whether to release an increment of functionality
oStrong agile methodology knowledge with hands-on experience in a key role such as Scrum Master or a Product Owner highly desirable
oCollaborating with regional teams to align business requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals
oHands on experience on project management efforts.
Strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues)
Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions / presentations.
Advanced English level
Excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills and interpersonal skills
Expertise in Agile software methodology, with certification in Scrum.org - Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) or related training a strong advantage
Leading and coaching teams through an agile transformation is highly desirable
